i have 69 % in masters degree ( from QAU )..
is research proposal required for ms-leading to PHd ?
if taking admission in metu is so challenging why hec has put it in their list ?
does metu not give any relaxation to hec scholars ?
i have read in batch-5s thread that they accept gat instead of gre..
