mr aqib i gave an answer to your post which was deleted yet it didn,t contain anything outregious , only facts born out by not you and me but the people out there.my only advise to you is if you are there to clear CSS , let yourself first have done with it and then if you get selected in top groups then give resign and join any private job commensurate with your proffesional degree.you can really vindicate your position in this way and you will really get an awsome true answer yourself. Talk for the talk sake yield up no valid vantagepoint and i believe you would be second to none either in conquering the citadel of CSS or blazing your footsteps across corporate sector, so dear brother why we make so much controvercy of a non-starter ??
