When the exams comprised only MCQs paper and interview, the whole process would span an year in average. Now there are four steps namely MCQs paper, subjective English paper and psychological assessment followed by interview. The approximate time for the process will be two years now.

if i am correct you have successfully goes through all the test and interview, i will appreciate if you please state your strategy for preparing the material stuff, because i am currently on job and have very tight routine, so obviously my focus will be on chosen stuff due to time management issues, please elaborate on study material to be focus on precisely and timely.
