Carrying a CFA certification will not yield much fruits in Pakistan. However, if you manage to secure a professional position in UAE, Saudia and Kuwait etc., it will be a best option to go for CFA. If you want to stay in Pakistan, either in Banking or any other sector, you need a suitable local/foreign degree. Consider adding MBA from LUMS, IBA or KSBL to your credentials. Otherwise, apply for foreign MBA degree in Finance or banking.

CFA only benefits handful of individuals who already hold strong academic degrees from top notch universities. Otherwise, scope of CFA in Pakistan is quite limited.

CFA can only assist you in securing a position in the risk management department of a bank. Apart from that, CFA will not benefit. If you want to work for bank/financial industry in Pakistan, CFA can strengthen your credentials but it cannot allow you to let alone secure a job.
