I got call from land-line 051-8433338 at 5 : o3 pm...and again at 7:24pm but that time I could not attend it...called them back but number was busy.
After the first call I went to Courier, no courier service for next 2 days...and the NTS guy said send doc by march,24...what a joke is going on; NTS sucks big time.

I called NTS on their new helpline and computer told me I was 37th in queue, estimated wait time is 2 minutes.
After 33 minutes, I was 3rd in queue and estimated wait time was just under two minutes. And then the line dropped all of a sudden. NTS's "NEW HELPLINE" is pretty lame.
A friend works at TCS and he told me that they were collecting parcels today but delivery date to NTS will be 24th as 22nd and 23rd are holidays.
