in my opinion it will not cause any problem. it never means that you are not confident about yourself. it is also possible when you read something and interpret that thing in a wrong way. after a while you again read the question and realize that you interpreted the question in a wrong way therefore you modify/correct the answer.
it also happens with me in almost 5 questions that I interpreted the question wrongly. but when i have finished the paper i checked the whole paper and realized that i interpreted the questions wrongly then i corrected my response by crossing the earlier answer and giving correct choice of mine.
