Current Salary of newly appointed DADs would range between 30k-35k.(keeping in view that initial salary of BPS 17 officer starts from 40k).
If you have no job, one should go for it.Working environment is noisy public dealing (except when one is lucky enough to be appointed in HQs/PHQs) where officer is sandwiched between the high ups, rowdy political workers and the applicants.You have to be on your toes to satisfy all of them.
