AOA,

It is requested to all aspirants for scholarships think twice before paying fee to any organization like Help Education.

I have been to their website and it seems fraud organization, I might be wrong but everybody if free to make his/her decision.

The little experience I have regarding scholarships universities never ever give scholarship to any third party outside HEC.
