You're right dear but I'm aiming towards another level. They might allow me to join the institute from where Albert received his masters degree. HEC won't send you abroad if you are indigenous scholar but for a maximum of six months and that too happens rarely, moreover we are not eligible to receive two HEC fellowships simultaneously.
