yes dear my teacher(a serving pms officer) told me last year that the authorities are planing to take pms every year like in the pattern of css and to carry it out every year they will be adverstising posts in chunks every year not the whole of them at once after few years, as was the case previously,
and about age relaxation to be relaxed more upto 32 years i dnt have any info dear
