If you have all first divisions in your academic career and also completed 16 years education, then you have very bright chances for selection.
70 marks are allocated to academic and if you have aal first divisions yoi will be given 70 marks but with each second division 4 marks will be deducted.
8 marks are given to interview. 6 marks are for one step higher education than required. This criterion is set by KP Government in ESTA CODE. One can verify it.
