IR was lengthy as 100 marks subject and I wondered during CE-15 preparation that IR deserves 200 marks. I specifically focused on kind of questions asked in paper. I analyzed that pure and theoretical International Relations like explaining realism or neo-liberalism are not encouraged in exams. Rather they focus on current dynamics. For instance, in CE-15, there were two questions regarding Pak-China economic corridor which was current focus.
I am opting IR for CE-16. My strategy would be to focus on current issues in theoretical context of IR. It would also cover many global issues for Current Affairs paper and questions in Pakistan Affairs.
