I have done bachelors in commerce and now I am doing masters in commerce. I am in 2nd semester. I am confused about taking accounting and auditing as 200 marks subjects.

I have background of this subject. I have studied financial accounting, cost accounting, advanced accounting, taxation and auditing so for at bachelors level. I have not studied any accounting subject in first semester. In second semester my subjects related to accounting syllabus are financial management and accounting information system. No other subject have been studied so for by me relevant to the subject.

I am an above average student in accounting but not an outstanding student. It is a bit tricky and risky subject for me.

I need suggestion about attempting it. Will it be a good choice for me or not?
Can a person who does not hold a master degree attempt the subject or not?

Also enlighten me about its scoring trend?

Suggest me books for this subject please?
