I'm not expecting good marks, as it was test for technical post of Planning Dept and Civil engrs were also eligible to apply. However, engineering questions were zero but questions pertaining to subject economics were there. So, definately, economists would score better then the engrs. As far as the general knowledge portion is concerned, that was really tough.
