83 posts of AD FIA were going to be announced in June 2014 but the serving FIA officials went to the court to claim their 25% promotion quota. Recently it has been decided that 25% quota will be given to corrupt rankers who were previously directly inducted into FIA, which comes out 21 seats, the rest 62 seats will be announce through FPSC next month.

It has been noticed that Courts had always played notorious role whenever government tries to set the records on merit. FIA is an example. Also recently 798 warders of jail,who were illegally appointed by Prison department Kpk were removed by PTI government and recommended the case to NTS, while Peshawar high court restored them all in a writ petition.
