If the posts were only 47, then why the Commission did pass 1169 candidates in the written? Why did it shatter the dreams of so many aspirants? This PMS took about 29 months and kept every aspirant in suspense for so long. The game is over for me now. I availed two CSS and one PMS and still didn't succeed. I intend to go abroad for new avenues to explore as I fed up and don't see a ray of hope.
