Now again the same lady call me from cell number and conduct telephonic interview, asking me about my previous job, duties and responsibilities and my last drawn salary. She also asked from me " kindly tell me about your strengths and weakness, when I told him about my acha and bura, then she asked how you overcome your weakness at last she told me this is preliminary phase, we will contact you if you were qualified for next phase.
