First of All, Congratulation but the real test wil be your initial interview and ISSB .
Take only Your registration Slip in which they mentioned your date of Physical Test.
No need to wear Short here in initial Physical, you just have to wear Trousers that will be more suitable and wear lose t-shirt.
For running, start slow. i mean warm up your Body first because you will have ample time...
