According to the bold part, it seems that they are not strictly demanding specialization in the relevant subjects, rather as one of the major subjects in one's course work.
So, it seems bachelor degree holders who have studied economics are also eligible, as are business graduates because they study accounting and commerce in their course work.
Any one else who understands differently or has contacted FPSC?
