Last time during induction of 2012, the interview of NAB was just formality and they called the candidates with the ratio of almost 1:1 along with few extra. But this time, it seems as the NAB has followed the establishment circular wherein it was directed to call with the ratio of 1:5. Let see tomorrow interview round is going to start. If the interview is going to be lengthy and in depth. Then even possibility is there to finally sail through by the low marks candidates. I must say here the decision regarding verification of degree / documents before final selection is wrong.
