Also this is for Trainee Training Development Program, while this is for Trainee Engineer which is kind of a job. So there is that difference.
Even so I do not have an exact idea as to what will be the cutoff marks, if it is 60 then they will call a lot of candidates like up to 400 to 500 or even more, including all mto and trainee engineers, and then nepotism will strike in, and non deserving candidates will be selected. As I know this much that PSO has a very bad and corrupt to the core administration.

yes dear I know its an old advertisement but the same program only name is changed as this was also a two year program. This time there is no particular passing marks are given but as per history PSO calls all the candidates for interview who get 60% or above. I know two candidates last time who get 62 and 65 respectively were called for the interview and one of them was selected too. So there is a chance and in every field there are almost 30 to 40 seats available so they can call at least 70 to 80 students for interview (for each field like marketing, finance, engineering, human resource, etc).. 80*5 =400 . so at least 400 to 500 interviews are normal.
