Are there three parallel services i-e PMS, PCS and PSS as told by you? Please enlighten me in this regard since I don't know about it.

What would be the agenda of this seminar? I personally believe that the officers should serve the people diligently and make every possible effort to ameliorate the condition of common man, rather arranging seminars or like things because that is mere wastage of time and effort. We have to change our attitudes toward service and people, only that will help us achieve the purpose of our being a civil servant.
