Regards,
The result is going to be announced before EID. The interview is almost same length for all the candidates except the candidates who possess law degree. Keeping in view the short time for interview, the purpose is only to assess the personality & interpersonal communication skill. Off course the candidates possessing greater marks in written part would be benefited more if they obtain good marks in Psychological rating and relevant qualification and experience. you can see in advertisement it has clearly been mentioned for AD that experience in relevant field is preferable.

How do you happen to know about new selection criteria? Kindly share as you are the most informed candidate
During last recruitment process the NAB authorities published in media that if the Department selection committee is going to disturb the merit position of any candidate. The justification would be made in writing for that cause in detail and the same will be put up to Chairman NAB, if he desires so, the Chairman NAB can conduct re-interview of that candidate. This is the policy of NAB. This time the NAB has called the candidates with higher ratio in interview by complying with the instructions made in the establishment circular. However the final merit by considering already said factors in specific weight-age would be made accordingly.
If we segregate the 30% marks carrying by the interview panel. it would be as follows:
1. relevant Qualification / Experience : 9 Marks
2. Knowledge / Skill relevance : 12 Marks
3. Personality / Interpersonal communication Skills: 9 marks

The 9 marks of relevant Qualification / Experience would be awarded on certain formula. What i perceive from the short span interview the panel is only deciding the 9 marks of Personality / Interpersonal communication skills during this 5 mins discussion.

All panel interview in finals were hardly more than 10min. They usually check your passion, body language, communication skills and articulation of arguments keeping in view the short span of time. And yes do keep in view the likeability factor also plays an important role. 10min are more than enough to judge whether a person is a "Good Fit" or not. Cheers!!
On first day, the last 7 candidates were interviewed only in 15 minutes. And one of the members of interview panel justified this short span with the remarks that you people had to wait a lot as your interview held around 40 pm whereas called to appear at 90 am. It is impossible to assess the skills of candidate only this short span of time. There is ultimately a predetermined specific pattern being followed by the panel. That is why the interview seems nothing more than a formality.

Even a candidate returning after his interview just few numbers before me also said that its a mere chit chat. However, my experience is different... They asked me number of questions ranging from my introduction, to educational background and importantly related to to my professional experience (Law).

And I think my interview took longer than number of candidiates..!

P.S. Hussain Qureshi brother I was thinking that we might meet that day but missed the opertunity.

And O BTW, about result, let me tell you that it will be declared within this Holy Month i.e. Ramazaul Mubarak. In Sha Allah.
The Law graduates are generally being given tough time by the interview panel. May be assessing their professional knowledge at length for posting in the prosecution division of NAB.
