If we assume the interview panel is fully empowered and interested to assess the knowledge, communication skills etc. Then how can panel award the marks on mere introduction of the candidate. what kind of magic the panel has to fully assess the candidate in one or two general questions? On 18.06.15, the one of the senior officer was denoting interview as informal. All the candidates were asked about introduction and one or maximum two questions raised about their personal life, current job etc.

Bro so we can say, after assessment of various candidates interview experience and comments, psychological categories are only adopted to bypass establishment circular; 1:5, otherwise its 1:1.
