Job Description/Key Result Areas:
To assist in the recruitment process of
employees.
Deal with establishment functions including
processing of transfers/promotions/leaves
etc.
To assist in the processing of retirement
/resignation cases.
To conduct Training Need Analysis of the
executives on the basis of the annual
appraisal reports.
Process internship requests received from
different institutions.
To process complaints; internal and
external, against employees.
To assist in the preparation of replies on HR
issues for President’s Secretariat, Prime
Minister’s Secretariat, National Assembly,
Senate and other government departments.
To draft replies/MD notes on relevant
establishment matters and agendas for HR
Committee and BOD.

Job Description/Key Result Areas
Deal with establishment functions including
processing of leave, attendance, overtime,
etc. through manual and biometric system.
Process medical reimbursement bills of
staff.
Processing of enlistment/delistment of
Doctors / Hospitals for Company panel and
negotiate corporate rates with them.
To monitor and prevent abuse of free
medical/gas facility.
Deal matters relating to formalities of new
appointees, retirees / other mode of
separation cases etc.
Preparation of budget proposals,
engagement of casual individuals and
payment of salaries thereof.
