Look for challenges, divide the task into smaller units and decide some kind of reward on having done the planned task. The reward should be motivating and reasonable. Try new ways to cover the topics, may be video lectures may guide you well enough. Discuusing the topics with coleagues are very helpful. Hope you will get some starter.
