I was appointed in 2009. It is not that I have not gone through the rule at FPSC and I did perceive, i hope correctly, the face that I can go for exam this year only. I just got confused at PMS:
" having official work that is connected along with the matters of the Federal Government, connected with the matters of the Punjab Government for at least 4 years are eligible to apply for PMS exam ....."
