Guys, there is no need to worry! Yesterday, I opened Federal Public Service Commission's official website for downloading the syllabus for CE-2016. I found out that they had updated the syllabus a bit - few corrections were made, and few extra notes had been added. In note 4, or maybe 5, it is clearly mentioned that Islamic studies can also be opted in Urdu.
