My Dear;

Your point would have been valid if the comprehensive interview had been taken. Around 50 candidates were called for interview in a single day. The interview were normally started after 10 and closed the session before 4. Two breaks were there for tea and lunch / Prayer. The Panel was not in a position to take thorough interview in order to make accurate assessment. This is clear cut discrimination. So the decisive factor was the sweet will of panel to whom they wanted to take comprehensive interview.
In the above scenario, the priority should have been given to higher written marks candidates. But the final merit list resembles a Tsunami affects. The courts can very easily presume this point by observing the schedules of interview.

1. Dear, there is not flaws but blunders. If you see the lists of selected candidates from Punjab. You can see the name of Mr SAJAL TARIQ above the last selected from Punjab i.e. Mr OBAID SIMON (Minority Quota). In other words the Female Quota has not been allotted to any of the females.
In others words if any female called for interview and rejected can very easily give a tough time to NAB in any High Court.

2. If you assume the topper of Pakistan / Punjab obtained 30 out of 30 marks. It means the SAJAL TARIQ (Second last from Punjab) was granted only 13 Marks in interview as he secured 83 Marks in written part.

In other words the higher written marks rejected candidates secured less than 13 marks in their interviews. It is clearly injustice keeping in view the 4 , 5 minutes interview of majority of candidates mostly comprising upon self introduction, family background etc.

The relevant experience carry only 4.5 out of 30 marks of interview in accordance with the establishment circular. It should have not severely effect the final merit list. I believe the NAB has not followed the establishment circular in true letter and spirit that is why the NAB has not published the result by showing the component wise marks allotted to each candidates like LDA did last time.
Even the PPSC shows the final merit list of all candidates appears in the interview irrespective of their selection / non-selection. But after NTS tests, the NAB has hidden all its activities in framing final merit and claiming as transparent recruitment process.

See my first post immediately after result declaration, i congratulated all the selected candidates and i still pray for all of you. I am contended with my present job but the voice should be raised against the injustice. This is what i am doing. The NAB also want whistle Blowers in the society as the NAB is striving for the enactment of law for this purpose.

Congratulations once again to all the selected candidates
