I made a phone call to FPSC Islamabad Office and asked
"if i appear in CE exam of Assistant Director, would you count it as one attempt out of my total three chances?"
He said yes.
I asked the person again "Would i not be able to give my third attempt for css then?"
He said "You surely wont"
