No no no brother. Go back and read again my previous post. I have got receipts for whatever i paid duly signed by the concerned person. Don't worry, NAB definitely has recruited a very smart intelligent and honest crew.

What possible remidy do you think i must have applied in situation like this?? You think i should have told them that ok don't give me certificate and i don't require your medical certificate????? Come on. This is nonsense. And i had the right capability to sort out the actual situation and spoke about that.
Kindly suggest the possible way through which we would have refused to pay these so called medical charges.
