Pathetic test. I don't know why HEC experimented with conducting test themselves when it isn't the one for this job, why not NTS? Besides, there was a huge cheating going on. The situation was so handy that I could solve my neighbor's paper as well If I wanted. No management at all. And the test standard was cheap as hell. The matter may be beyond this, if what we witnessed is to be considered.
