Hello dear fellow members. I applied for the post of Assistant Manager(MIS) Grade-M9 in LWMC(Lahore Waste Management Company) a while ago. Today I received a call that I have been selected and told me about the offer. The offer is less than I'm already getting in a private firm.
Now I don't know much about this company. If anyone has any knowledge about this please share here, it'll be much appreciated and will make my decision much easy.

P.S: I want to know the pros and cons, the pay scale system, pension, should I join or not etc.
