But how can PBC appoint them directly even a court can not turned the inquiry in their favor with out any test/interview. I know some of them and they appeared in the test as well. But they were not capable enough to pass the NTS Test then how come they got selected?
Similarly in the case of Drug Regulation Authority, all of their employees have been terminated/transferred to other departments so if some one want to came back to join it then they came through proper channel. They appeared in the test but unfortunately failed. So PBC or any other autonomous body is not authoritative enough for DIRECT APPOINTMENT in any case.
