If one draws a comparison between AD FIA and psp keeping in view just the initial five years after joining then undoubtedly FIA is far superior than Psp from every angle.however, growth in FIA is slow and stagnant even I have seen many people who haven't promoted to next level and has remained on the same Assistant Director post through out their career.. where as a psp enjoys lucrative positions, in prestigious organization like FIA and IB etc, in his career.
