Do the Objective portion of the past papers, if available. For the subjecive part, Pakistan's "current" problems are virtually the same as they were back in the 70s LOL! By going through past papers, you will get the idea about how examiners like to frame questions. That is helpful in your general preparation as well as preparation of some specific topics mentioned therein.
