As far as I know, jobs are offered on contract but you got permanent after some time. Unlimited Medical, Hiring, Pick & Drop are all there for everyone. TADA's for field works. Reasonable Salaries in addition to above benefits.

I will check and confirm you about Pension fact. But overall the jobs is perfect.
