I got it. But, let's suppose if there were "5 men or 11 boys" I mean if the figure is in odd number, then how do we solve the question ?

If there were odd numbers, you could have gone with the same method, i.e. 5 men = 11boys
The work done by one man would be equal to work done by 2.2 boys. 11÷5 = 2.2 boys = 1 man

You can verify your answer by calculating total time required to complete the task by a single boy or man, not sure about other ways.
