Can you plz tell me about Law and institute present to register online media?

I mean now a day, many social media pages/groups and many websites acting as Online Media. Are they registered with Gov,t of Pakistan. If yes, what is the process of registration and where are the offices for registration?

Remember, am not asking about Print media.
