and one more thing i want to ask, is it necessary to give outline in IR or any other papers like we gave in Essay .... or just staring start giving the answers of main topics of the questions?

in simple words i dont want to give outlines before starting the questions as i had attempted all my degree class papers ..
kindly guide me ?
