I beg to differ. According to guidelines for online submission on FPSC's website and most importantly, Rule 7(ii) for CE 2016, 18th Sep 2015 (
http://www.fpsc.gov.pk/icms/admin/fi...-09-2015.pdf):
"Original treasury receipt for written examination must be attached with the application form to be deposited to the Commission. Without providing original treasury receipt as prescribed above, the application of the candidate shall be rejected."
