Fpsc sets criteria 3:1 after announcing the written results, you all know about the post written scenario , many students were sifted due to physical and driving problem. Now there is no policy to call the failed candidates for interview. Even i have seen some interviews where number of candidates called for interview is less than the total number of seats. yes last statement regarding final recommendations , it would be expected in jan-2016.
