You should have opted Eco. IR is scoring and you should have good grip on the concepts, theories, and frameworks in IR. You can score good marks.
Punjabi depends on how much you are in touch with it. It is scoring.
For Business administration and International Law you should ask those candidates who have attempted these two subjects.
History of USA is also scoring if you have thoroughly read two related books.
