Jeez, so is it 1st, 2nd and 3rd for us as well? And let me ask another question, what about number of candidates asked for Cv's? Does it depend on scores or else? as there are only 6 or 7 above 65 in our region. What's the point in conducting 2nd and 3rd interviews?
