Relax, brother. If they wouldn't find your CV in there system, they will, certainly, call you again. I got two calls for submitting the CV. The second call I received a couple of days before my interview call. There ain't any first-come first-served policy in place. So, no problem if you haven't received the confirmation email. Just keep your fingers crossed for interview.
