There are more seats in HM as compare to Mod, if you are not pretty good at descriptive type of tests, then you need to go for HM. Because Mod is unpredictive, its written test is a bit tougher and despite sailing through written & psychometric & viva phases, don't know why they don't allocate us either on the name of strict security clearance or high merit. Therefore, taking these facts in consideration in your case, the HM would be a better side. It seems all of the prominent tests are on the same date i.e. FIA, HM & Mod. I applied in only Mod.
