For interview FPSC pre selects candidates with 1:5 for open merit seats and 1:3 for provincial quota seats. For example if there are 2 open merit seats then 10 will be against those and 28 are quota seats for which 84 will be pre selected. It will be 94 in total unless some candidates get equal marks, in that case the figure may be slightly higher. Now if more than 94 candidates pass in this test then there will be merit list from which top 94 will be pre selected. For the purpose of that merit both papers i.e. MCQs paper (already taken) and this subjective paper will be included.
