What to do, should i leave the bank or should i leave the NSO opportunity, someone please tell the Compensation that we will receive.

In addition, i think those working as a lecturer (permanent) should not leave their existing job (Teaching in a university is simply the best job one can get; good salary, highly level of work life balance, promising future, conversation with youth etc)
