Sorry to hear dear but you are not the only one who has this case this is clear from the bigining that they set the criterea to 50 % and then even relaxed it to 40 on grounds of not enough candidats.. so don't blame the system all was clear and set ... nothing personal fact is fact .. may you get a better place ..
