I appeared for both NTS and FIA: reached for FIA before time; finished in 20 minutes; tried to hand it over but was insisted by adamant and ignorant supervisor in FPSC to sit till 3pm; at last at 2:40 pm, just placed the paper on his table; neglecting his intimidation and stupidity, made my way to the door; and kicked the bike and reached NTS center at about 3pm and was allowed to sit by gentle staff.
It is pertinent to highlight there is no rule to sit late even after finishing paper, though there is a custom to sit at least half the interval for the paper. It is a deliberate criminal act on part of FPSC to forcefully deprive candidates of their constitutional right in appearing for other tests including NTS, which should not go unpunished.
The staff of FPSC deputed at centers are ill trained and narrow-minded. It can be seen as an example of their maladministration that some candidates takes mobile phone along with them in the examination hall and have pictures of the MCQs sheets. They behave rudely with the candidates like they are some sort of masters in a little sultanate of their own. And we all have a normal tendency of waiting for our turn and remaining silent on the injustice done to others like lambs in a row seeing the first ones get slaughtered, calmly and quietly!
